That means knowing which permit office to call, which cleaner actually shows up, and what a guest expects on a summer weekend on the river — the kind of detail that only comes from vetting local trade partners firsthand, not from a corporate directory.
Who's Behind DRMJoseph Fernandez
Hands-on experience managing short-term rentals across Fort Mohave, Bullhead City, and Kingman.
As company president, Joseph is also an active investor who teaches the fundamentals of an investor's mindset to anyone who wants to learn it — with a particular focus on youth, veterans, and seniors. He's well versed in forming legal entities, structuring asset protection, understanding the importance of estate planning, and pointing investors toward the tax benefits they may qualify for. He works with a legal team to keep that guidance sound. Growing this company is also about creating local jobs.
When you're ready to buy, sell, or invest — residential or commercial — Joseph can represent you directly as your agent through his employing real estate brokerage. He is an expert in locating investment properties that check every box on a buyer's list, and can walk you through a property's highest-and-best-use potential based on its actual amenities.
Real estate sales and buyer/seller representation are handled through Joseph's employing brokerage, licensed separately from Desert Rental Management, LLC's short-term rental management business.
